We use both the traditional method of mop and squeegee, as well as a state of the art water fed pole system with a 3 stage filter to ensure only the cleanest spot free wash. Window pricing is as follows: $2.99 Average Pane $3.99 Medium Pane $4.99 Large/Sliding door $5.99 glass railings (both sides) Add $2/window for basement windows (hard water, mud, dirt make these windows much harder and time consuming to clean) Pricing above is for single side of window. There is also a $2 ladder access fee per window at higher locations not able to be reached from the ground. Screens can be cleaned for $3.99 per screen Window tracks: $7.99 per window
